The college president is a futa who glories in the idea of turning every girl into a slut. It is one of the intended goals. This will pretty much steal all the business from whores. The new rules allow any sex act in the school's halls if you have permission. They don't allow any penetration without permission. But a mob can surround a girl and touch and lick her everywhere all at the same time until she gets so horny that she calls out that anyone can penetrate her from now on. Giving every futa the right to fuck her in the halls. This can happen after PE class when the girl must shower with the futas in the futa locker room. This is only a slight extrapolation from what is in these stories. |

If school outcasts are chosen randomly then everyone picks on them and a bad tone gets established. Choosing the leaders or most popular sets a better tone. A better way? At each school in the 1st week at the very start of the Program every student gets one day in the Program, instead of just a few each week. I suggest Mon. for Senior girls & Junior futas, Tue. for Junior girls & Senior futas, Wed. for Sophomores, Thur. for Freshmen, and Fri. for those out sick before. Then go back to just a few each week. The normal school year has about 35 weeks in it, IIRC. This college has about 500 students IIRC. This means that there are about 100 Seniors. To get everyone into the Program before school ends they need to have 3 each week, not one. So, 3 Seniors and 1 each of the others. Then the 2nd year, have 2 Seniors each week and 1 of each of the others. For all future years 1 of each each week is OK. |
